Best for United States citizens.
It is good if you are in the U.S.The ODB2 dongle works immediately though when the starter was damaged and the truck wouldn't start. It said everything was fine. I found out that you have to call in and buy a code to unlock it's full potential for an additional $10 fee so be prepared for that.The functions are all in the American unit system and I never found a way to convert it to the rest of the world.To me, it is not worth getting since i had to remove the wheel and go under the truck to find that the starter was cracked which if the OBD2 was able to see the error, would have saved me 3 hours stranded in an area with no phone service.
