Q: what are the deminsions of this grinder?

These are the featured dimensions 7 x 2.7 x 2.3 inches. I'm female and I like it because I have Carpal Tunnel and my hand fits around it just right without pain and it's easy to turn the crank. The crushers they had at my job were real small and had to twist it way more so I invested in my own and am very happy with it.

Q: I love this crusher and use it several times a day for my feeding tube, but the handle broke. How do I get it replaced?

I cannot answer that question but I am not very happy with my grinder. I too have to use it for a feeding tube and it does not grind my pills fully. I would think that merchant should replace the handle. Good luck

Q: Can not operate. Shaft turns, blades do not. No amount of adjusting wheel works?

Not sure what you mean exactly, mine works perfectly, you have to put your hand around where the top and bottom meet, then turn it, the blades spin and grind the pills, not sure if that helps you, if not ask again, turn clockwise until you feel,no resistance, it's the best thing I've tried in 3 years,

Q: Will this crush large pills (1/2" square) for dogs?

My dogs take human grade glucosamine chonroitin tablets, which are big pills. So I first crush the big pills by putting them in two plastic food storage bags (one inside the other) and then I bang the pills with a hammer on the concrete front porch. THEN I put the broken up pills into the pill grinder and it makes a fine powder VERY QUICKLY. This works quite well for me.
