If you cannot swallow the horse pill size vitamins and you get constipated from them this is the remedy! its a little gritty and a little green! it definatly looks healthy! it will give you energy too. The thing with liquid is your body does not have to work hard to break it down like it does with the pills, where as a lot of pill vitamins you buy are not very good quality anyway. It will aid in going to the bathroom if you get me. I think you will like the taste, you may not love the texture. Its pretty sweet. If you are health nut you will love it, if you arn't you may need to get used to it. I was iffy at first now i enjoy it.

This is the only prenatal I've been buying for awhile. I put it in my smoothies. The only drawback is, sometimes I get busy and don't have time to make a smoothie and then forget to take it. In that case, I'll try to remember to put it in some orange juice. It does have a sweet, tropical taste that can take some getting used to. The first time I used it, I think I remember it making my stomach hurt just a little...I think I took it on an empty stomach. But that was the only time it happened to me. The taste might be a little strong at first but I have gotten used to it. I feel like I crave this stuff if I don't have it. I like that it is plant-based and liquid; I believe that makes it more readily absorbable. I feel like I can feel a difference in my energy level when I take it. I try not to ever run out.
