It came in packagingBIG BUT. I BARELY TOUCHED TGE PACKAFE & IT OPENED UP AS IF UT HAD A BROKEN SEAL. IT LOOKED SEALED BUT IT WASN'T. Sending mine vack cause it was PRIMED ALREADY! I used my rewards for this product so paid $4. I guess a used one for $4 THEY THOUGHT WOULD BE OKAY? 3-16-19 Yes. Concerned with AMAZON RETURNS BEING SENT BACK OUT. I GOT ONE.

Not the best eyeliner

I honestly expected this eyeliner to be just as good as the mascara, unfortunately it not waterproof and flakes off, but the brush is really tiny and fine making it easy to master a wing, as well as the shade is jet black and it doesn’t leak
