This is my second purchase of AA Maple's maple sugar. It's reaaalllly good!The first time I bought the smaller size quantity. This time I was glad to see that they'dlistened to other customers and had come out with the 5# bulk. Although more moneyupfront, it does bring the cost per pound down. I did as the others suggested too.When I opened this package, I moved the sugar into zip lock bags, then put them back inthe box. in the pantry. I only have a little bit out at a time. I've used it in cocoa, with cereal,in smoothies and baking chocolate chip cookies. I simply substituted the maple sugar for thewhite cane sugar called for in the original toll house recipe.They turned out very well and mybrother thought he liked them better than the normal ones not made with maple sugar.If you like maple syrup or maple candy... I recommend you give this a try.

I use it as a sub for almost anything that calls for sugar. I use it in my coffee. I love it. I’m always bummed when I have to get the smaller size I prefer the 5lbs, heck I’d buy even bigger! Highly recommend.

Wonderful flavor and decent value.All maple sugar is pricey; $10/lb is better than other sellers, though still a lot. This is our preferred everyday sugar; wish we could subscribe for monthly deliveries.

I've tried a couple of brands of maple sugar and I was worried that about buying 5 pounds of a brand I had never tried. Turns out this sugar is great. It's not course like some of the granulated brown sugars nor is it moist like regular brown sugar. It's a fine grind and tastes great. You'll be happy with your purchase - especially at the price
