Sealed a septic riser.
This is good stuff. Costs double the Chinese stuff but it’s worth it. Keep Americans working. I used it to seal down two sets of 24” diameter risers on my concrete septic tank. Ran two thick beads on the mounting flange and it stuck that plastic ring down tight to the clean dry concrete surface. Also ran a bead in each riser ring. It’s great stuff!

Awsome stuff-Flexible and paintable
This is solvent based stuff that sticks to everything. I use on heavy metal repairs. Seals out moisture completely. Red primer adheres to it very well. Please know that it takes several days to cure.

Outstanding stick, seal, and flex
This Loctite PL series of sealants just blows me away. I've never used anything that is SO sticky and SO flexible after setting up. Be sure not to get this stuff where you don't want it, because you just cannot wipe it off; you have to use paint thinner to get it off, and you have to do that reasonably soon, say within 5-10 minutes. Paint thinner will not get the "skin" off after 10 minutes or so (depends on temperature). I can't speak to decades-long life expectancy, but I do have some two-year-old stuff that looks like I applied it yesterday. In short, a fabulous sealant, caulk, and repair item that comes in multiple colors but is also paintable to boot.

Label not same, but still works
The product I received did not have the label PL S30 but I believe it might just be an updated label. It still worked otherwise and is a good product. I used it for rocks for a koi pond instead of roofing and it held just fine! Would probably go with another route in the future. I recommend using an entire tube and not saving a used tube for next time because it is super hard to use it after it has been opened on an earlier date.

BEST to adhere automotive metal roof braces for CAR AUDIO to stop vibrations and roof flex
Check out JeepAndBass.com and/or on Youtube for a video of this guy (Ray) using this stuff and how well it performs in a harsh (tons of bass) environment with his 6 12" subs making all of his doors look as if they were turned into liquid waves. Something most people will not understand the point of.. but shows the resiliency of this chemical/caulk. Very flexible but VERY strong!

Pretty good for the price
Helped seal cracks in shingles. Helped stop leaks on light rain days. I think I’ll be buying more to try and seal everything and see if that stops leaks. Cheap but good stuff. A little stiff when caulking out.

Hard to use and messy
Does the job you need it to do but it's messy and thick and hard to use through my caulk gun. Wear gloves and have rags handy, almost impossible to clean it up or remove it from clothing etc

Not just for roofs
I use this stuff to repair cracked cast iron drain pipes. Use disposable gloves. Smear a little on the pipe after wire brushing it. Then lay on a patch of screening. The kind you get in rolls to repair your screen windows. Cut a piece longer than the crack, then cover it with the sealant. Works like a champ and saves you the cost of a plumber.

Leaks after one year in the sun. Tried to seal small gap in gutter. Separated the gutters and cleaned them throughly. Applied this and overlapped the two by 2". Worked fine the first year but this is the first year after and its leaking. Read good reviews and thought it might be worth the price but don't be a fool like me. Way over priced, found other comparable at Home Depot much cheaper. This stuff is worth maybe $13 a tube.
