K2 Coolers Summit Wheeled 30 Cooler

This K2 Wheeled Cooler is a BEAST. When I received it, I was shocked at how large it was for a 30qt cooler.When I opened the lid, I could see why it was so large - the thickness of the walls, bottom and top are extremely thick compared to almost every wheeled cooler I've ever owned. See the pic of my fist to get an idea of the wall thickness.The cooler keeps ice exceptionally well and it's so easy to use with the wheels. If you like wheeled coolers, and have to regularly access your boat at a marina, or just hate carrying a heavy cooler, this is a great Made In USA option for a high-end cooler.

Bought the k2 30 with handle .. Just arrived haven't used it yet..but the handle is VERY wimpy. Don't think it will hold up to being wheeled with cans/ice in it. I paid the extra $80 for the wheeled/handled unit so I didn't have to carry it as much.(senior citizen here) The side handles are plastic/nylon rope..they seem sturdy. They don't give the inside dimension for a reason..it seems small. Hopefully it will cool really good.
