These vitamins are awesome. They are the perfect blend of all the right viiramins without bring too strong. Many vitamins have too much Niacin and that makes me flushed. Also, many vitamins have very high levels of B6 and B12 and that makes nervous. These have lower levels of the B vitamins but still it's plenty to give me the extra energy I need, but without being nervous or flushed. They taste good and are easy to chew. I usually only need 1 per day, even though it says take 2. If I start feeling sluggish in the afternoon, I can take the 2nd one and get an extra energy boost. I'm sensitive to vitamins if they are too strong, but these are PERFECT!!! I highly recommend these Alive vitamins because they do make you feel ALIVE! I really can tell that I feel better when I take these; my mood and energy levels are higher. I also noticed that my skin, hair, and nails are more healthy, especially with my hair and nails growing thicker and faster. They work! I highly recommend these for people of all ages, especially people who can't swallow those vitamins that are like Horse pills! These are the only kind my wife can take because regular multivitamins are so big she can't swallow them without choking. These are easy to chew and soft and sweet. Great product!!!!!

Reminds ones of children’s vitamins, but an okay way to take your vitamins. DEFINITELY keep well out of children’s reach, or anyone who might not understand that they are not candy or might forget that they took them and take more than they should. These were bought to give some variety to the daily batch of pills. Taste and texture are okay. They will melt with too much heat, humidity or sunlight. ( some orders got melted a bit on the porch on sunny summer days, they are still useable if they come apart) They are a good complete formulation for daily needs. Fair price for the product.

My son's healthy habits needed a reboot after college. He started taking these gummies. The taste has a little bit of that vitamin taste but he doesn't seem to mind. His energy level has increased. He likes that they are not totally chemicals produced and there are some natural products. He just pops two in mouth on the way out the door to work. Easy to take.

I love these vitamins, which taste great and help me take them daily with my smoothie. The only issue is that they often come stuck together in a clump. Each new bottle requires separating them, but after that, they are perfect. Pill vitamins cause upset stomachs for me, and I was concerned these vitamins might do the same, but nope—they make my stomach feel great.

These are delicious,they taste like flintstones. Sometimes I eat more.

The vitamins themselves deserve five stars. I've been using them for years and they're the best tasting way to get supplemental nutrition. Unfortunately, I can only give them three stars because over those years nearly every bottle has been completely stuck together. And I mean completely...just one big chunk of gummy. This is an issue that can easily be resolved, so it's frustrating to have it going on so long. They could either 1) store them in a cool place OR 2) change the packaging so that the top of the bottle is not tapered i.e. put them in a jar. I don't mind having to pull them apart, but trying to get a big chunk of gummy out of a bottle with a small opening is a nightmare. So... something needs to be done. 3 stars until it is, maybe less. This one was the most annoying one yet, and there are stars left to remove if I have to (which would be stupid for the best gummy vitamin I've ever had so please fix it).
