Like glass for food safety
Great bowls. The glass is a bit heavy, but the size is perfect for storing a variety of food. Haven’t tried anything liquid so can’t comment on the leakproof question. Now my plastic containers have been relegated to the back of the cabinet.

Great Storage Product with Replacable Lids when needed!
Our family loves these Pyrex and other sizes of the same product! The glass storage is much safer than using plastic. We uses them daily for leftovers and such. They work in the microwave and the oven. We put both the glass and lids in the dishwasher. If the lids wear, as any plastic will do over time, you can purchase replacement lids! Definitely stick with the Pyrex brand!
