I love these are dining room.Chairs slides so easy but protect the floor.

I used these on four wire shelving units I have in my closet under the stairs, which is carpeted. It wasn't possible to use wheels because it added too much height. Each shelf is progressively taller and heavier so that it fits under the stairwell. Originally I was going to use the sliders on the three lighter shelves; however, they were so sturdy I used them on the 4th heaviest unit. I don't move these shelves very often, but if I need to, the units glide like butter. I also put some on the bottom of my Christmas tree cardboard box that I store lying down in the far back of the closet. It was so easy to slide in, I wish I would have thought of this many years ago.I ended up ordering more in varying shapes and sizes so that I can slide more items and furniture around my house. They even worked under some appliances I use on my granite countertops.

Like the way the slider works on carpets. Need to ensure that the surface of piece of furniture is completely clean and free of any other devices that might be part of the manufacturer's product. The surface should be perfectly smooth to allow the best adhesive.

Used a drop of super glue instead of solely relying on the adhesive on the product.The sliding quality is average, probably this means this will last longer than the super smooth variety which would wear out faster.

Works fine on my chair legs and makes the chairs move smoothly.
