Great headphones and Amazon Nearly New experience.
Firstly, great headphones but I already new that, having a pair for a few years and wanting another for the gym. These really are terrific. But, wasn't sure what to expect from Amazon Nearly New. Headphones came in plain packaging, not Sony plus an aftermarket carry case and USB C cable. But that's fine as the headphones were in perfect order, as new and fit the case well. Great saving. Especially as you can't buy the XM4 new today and, many reviews state these as superior to the newer models in noise cancelling and comfort. Would happily use Nearly New again from Amazon. Got the headphones I wanted at a great price!

Very good over ear bluetooth headphones.
Very happy with the quality and battery life. Must download the app though to access all of the hidden functions for better sound quality.

It is not sound-cancelling and the sound quality is of a cheap headphone. I appreciate the effort, but it did not work, sorry... Also, it was whistling in my ear this really high-pitched noise. A disaster, really.

Headphones have had padded part fall out!?
Not happy with the product as one of the padded ear cushions fell off plus they are very noisy while running. The ‘print out’ instructions that came with the product were not helpful at all.

Poor Durability
Hi Fi reviews give great review, but durability not commented on! I found use in hot weather resulted in sweaty ears and also my unit broke around the wired listening area due to thin plastic around the socket which cracked away.
