Ease of preparation and taste. I made some changes after the first four or five in the way of addition. Two tablespoons of dehydrated soup mix from Amazon and one additional teaspoon of chicken base. I also increased the water amount from 8 to 10oz. I am just back fm ICU I had Covid no energy, this is big help, quick fast, as I can’t stand but very short periods. Last it’s a little pricey

Only received 8 instead of 16
The shipment received only had 8 units instead of 16.
