Q: Is this fireproof safe?

It has Fire Resistant powder coating only.

Q: Is it possible to fix to the wall? does it come with holes and masonry bolts?

Yes it can be fixed on wall. Pre-drilled holes are already there. Standard expansion bolts are included. As not all walls are same, if your wall surface requires some different kind of screw/bolts, you will need to buy separately.
