This is the second item I’ve bought from Utoplike, and I couldn’t be happier! The bamboo cutlery tray with flexible base is absolutely beautiful — the craftsmanship is outstanding, and it feels solid and smooth to the touch. I love how the tray expands to fit perfectly in my drawer, and the compartments are just the right size — spacious enough for cutlery to sit neatly without looking crowded. It’s practical, elegant, and adds a lovely natural look to my kitchen. It also pairs perfectly with my bamboo chopping board from the same seller — both are top-quality products that clearly show the maker’s care and attention to detail. Nicely made. Compartments are adequately sized for my needs. Couple of gripes from me... the adjustable compartments don't stay in the open position when closing and opening the drawer. I found that using some blue tack helped to keep them in place. My second gripe is the length of the compartments. There is a gap of between 3" - 4" at the back of the drawer so that when you open the drawer, the whole thing tends to slide backwards. I have cured this issue by packing some of the crumpled packing paper that it was supplied in at the back of the drawer thereby making sure that it won't move back. After my couple of negative comments, I would still be tempted to buy another one, purely because, with a little ingenuity, it can be made to work very well.

I really like this expandable bamboo drawer organiser. I bought it for a drawer that was 43 cm deep, which is the exact depth of the organiser, so I knew it would be a snug fit. What I hadn't allowed for were the heads of the nuts securing the drawer handle which protruded by a couple of millimetres into the drawer. I found it necessary to use a small chisel and a file to score grooves into the bamboo where the organiser touched the bolt heads. It took just a few minutes to do, but now the organiser is a perfect fit. I suspect the reason why Amazon say this is a frequently returned item is because buyers are not factoring bolt head protrusions into their measurements.

We bought this to replace the old plastic organizer we had which started to leave some powdered residue on our cutleries. We chose this bamboo organizer as we think it is less harmful to the environment. It is well made, seems sturdy and extends smoothly and with ease. It looks beautiful in our kitchen drawer. It is quite spacious, the size of each compartment is just enough to hold our cutleries, It does a good job in keeping them looking neat and tidy. This piece brings me joy. Highly recommended.

Price about right, right size is bought, good quality, well laid out. Ease to clean Versatility is a major factor and looks good.
