The Golden Key and Twenty-Two Additional Essays Paperback – October 27, 2015

I found the spiritual insights and advice to be very practical. I even ordered a smaller booklet of just the Golden Key to give to friends. I later discovered this is available on YouTube. But am pleased with having my own hard copy. I enjoyed reading along with the YouTube narration also.

If you are curious about the writings of Emmet Fox or have been a casual admirer of him over the years, this text will acquaint you with some of his more powerful ideas and spiritual point of view, which is essential Divine Science, since he was ordained by Dr. Nona Brooks, founder of Divine Science. Fox had a stellar ministry that was centered mostly in New York City. However, he traveled to Unity and other metaphysically minded churches over the years as a lecturer. He was especially liked by the founders of Unity, Charles Fillmore and his wife. The Golden Key is a marvelous approach to helping you release fear, tension, worry, about anything that is troubling you. His Key works! My own experience over the years, not only of applying the principle but also recommending his approach to others, has been richly rewarded and shared. The 22 essays were originally presented in the weekly Sunday Church Program guide handed to worshipers. The advert blurb is somewhat misleading, however, in that I was expecting to read completely and previously unpublished essays, but that is not the case. There is a more or less complete publication of the essays originally in Sparks books, then more currently, in one volume by Harper Collins. Nevertheless, you will be rewarded for having purchased this book for it contains a spiritual avalanche of Dr. Emmet Fox at your fingertips 24/7.

There is at least on nugget of wisdom per subject. Some of it is what we already know, but may not have been when he wrote these. The book is a $5 bargain.

Wonderful book, highly recommend it for ways to improve life. I do not like the matt finish on the cover the book looks so dirty because of it.
