i m using from 2019,its run superb but within 10 days i filled battery water twice,why battery consume too much water? what are the problem?

Never ever make a mistake of buying anything that has no service centre near you . I made a big mistake of purchasing flin energy product and now I am regretting.I wasted Rs 66000 on their 5 kw inverter and within 2 months it stopped working.However I managed with great difficulty to send it to Mumbai to get repaired.They said that the MOSFET and the drivers was burned and they replaced it seems charging me Rs 9650. I trusted them.When I received the inverter today. I was shocked inverter also again 03 error on the display.Worst of all the inverter is not working at all .I don’t believe how can this company be so careless with their service and customers.I am upload a picture of the inverter here. and dumped it in the scrap.

Though it is costly it works well, But after sending it for repairs in mumbai it stoped switching automatically with respect to battery voltsge that means you can set to draw battery power till it reaches 23.9 volts . Even if you set the above and battery is 25 volts it only draw suppy from mains

EXCELLENT GIVE THE GUIDANCE ABOUT WARRANTY AND REPAIR. WE ARE USING THIS INVETER IN HOSPITAL AND HOUSE ALSO. NO WASTING OF SOLAR POWER.I AM RUNNING 15 250W SOLAR PANELS. THIS IS VERY GOOD REAL SOLAR HYBRID INVERTER

Went out of service after 10 months from installation. They don't have service centres in many metro cities including Kolkata. Had to send back to Mumbai for repairing. After installing the repaired inverter what I noticed is that the inverter was not charging the battery set by the utility. They requested me to send a video of the settings and clamp meter reading. Once they went through the video, they promptly reverted back to me with the appropriate advice to modify settings. I complied. Now the inverter is getting charged with the utility too. The noise level during the charging by the utility has gone down a bit compared to what I experienced when it was new. You may buy it as it is cheaper than European brands. My only concern is the down time that I faced (24 days), because they don't have a service centre in Kolkata.
