What a beautiful book! Very sweet with a lovely message. My son loves it.

We LOVE Limu! This is a great story about perseverance, friendship, and being kind at heart. Limu is a good turtle who is just a little different than the other turtles. He makes a choice to be kind even though others have not always been kind to him. What a beautiful message to teach to children. The story is engaging and sweet, and the book is beautifully illustrated. I love that when I read this story to my son I am sharing with him the spirit of Aloha, even though we are raising him far, far away from Hawai'i. I hope you will share Limu with your family and that you will enjoy him as much as we do!

This is a series and I bought the first one for my great-great nephew who is 2 and 3/4th years old. He loved it! Turtles appeal to kids and his almost 5 sister even liked it a lot. The story is nice and the illustrations are rich and fun.

I have bought this at 2 different points, years apart, for 2 different kids. It is so sweet and cute and I love the message it gives!
