Ergonomic and Comfort
We like the ergonomic and comfort. We dislike having to plug in to recharge.

Good purchase for the price, my wrist is grateful.
I will say my wrist hurts less, then when using my normal mouse. The light show isn't bad either.

Maybe I am not used to them yet?
Still trying to find a way to get used to them. Bought 2 and 1 lost his rgb lights after 1 day of use, can't turn them back on. They are pretty cool but for gaming it's kind of hard to master, very different from what I am used to so makes everything a little bit more challenging. Also, if you don't use it on the correct position, you might get your wrist hurt.

Almost perfect
Would be an easy 5 star if I could map the lower thumb button. Careful not to hit that while gaming. It takes you back to the desktop screen!!

Great mouse for everyday use, not as responsive as I'd like for gaming
Maybe I just need to mess with the settings more, but I don't find the mouse-button responsiveness as sensitive as I'd like for gaming. That being said, I do really like it for working and other uses. It is far easier on my hand and wrist than other traditional mice I have had.

Best ergo mouse for gaming
I've tried several vertical ergonomic mice in the last few years, and this has been the best so far, especially for gaming. I can go for 12 hours on this mouse easily with short breaks every few hours. The desktop shortcut button was a problem at first, but I got MS PowerToys which has a key remapping feature. I remapped Win+D to G (my grenade binding) and that solved it. Turn off the default to highlight the mouse pointer when tapping ctrl. Also, make sure to remove the plastic film on the teflon pads, they were creating a lot of drag on the mouse that almost made me return it.

Perfect.
This was my third attempt at buying a vertical mouse - if it hadn't worked out I was going to give up. Except it is actually perfect. It fits into my hand very naturally, for instance with a different vertical mouse I'd tried that had a more substantial cutout for the thumb I felt like I didn't really have a solid grip on the thing at all, especially when trying to do something like a middle-mouse click, but that is not the case here. I like the go to desktop button, I like that there is a switch on the bottom to turn the lights off since I don't like lights, I like that I don't have to install some sketchy software to make it work, and all in all it just feels like a good mouse. Which is saying something coming from me, because I would not consider any of the other three mice (two vertical and one regular) that I bought in the last month to have met that requirement.Only complaint is that I was using my previous mouse at a dpi setting that this mouse doesn't offer, so that still feels weird, but that is me not the mouse.

Not for large hands or intense gaming
Good vertical mouse for the money. The sensor is good. It doesn't spin out on fast movements. The sensitivity options and side buttons are must haves for a gaming mouse. But it has a few problems. The mouse wheel sometimes activates with side pressure, which can be disastrous in an intense game but it's otherwise not a big deal. Right click seems to fail about once every 100-200 clicks, but this might be hand size related. I don't recommend it if you have large hands (I'm six feet tall, average tall person hands). There's not quite enough room for all my fingers, so my pinky is kind of splayed out and my middle finger doesn't line up perfectly with the right mouse button. There other large hands issue is the buttons are inset, with a rim of housing along the front. Sometimes i accidentally press on that bit of housing instead of the button, which fails to click. Not an issue if you claw grip your mouse, but otherwise problematic. For office and non-competitive gaming, is a good semi-budget option. For esports or the large handed, I'd get something else.

Not good for a company setting
They do not provide an interface to change the buttons. And being in a company with IT and serves, we are unable to use open source software like Xmouse. Which is what Jtech suggested when I emailed them. I would like to return it but cannot. Honestly is a waste of $37 if I can’t get a legitimate interface. Very frustrating.

so far so good
had to return 2 previous to this one. they both broke about a week later. Im a month in and this one freaks out once in a while and a button sticks so i have to unplug it but it works

PROPAGANDA ENGANOSA!
