Good question. This product is like a lotion and you massage the product gently to the or around the infected area. Very good product but not quite sure about the liquid bandage. There is a ‘Vet’ web site you can refer to or call a veterinarian for the correct answer.

Q: this turned my dogs fur redish....why is that? I am thinking of taking her to the vet just because of this because it will not come off

It could be something in the lotion. Try stop using it. Get curbaseb spray. My dog has white fur. Was having hot spots around his inside hind leg was super itchy. I applied and made sure I did it about 3 times a day. So far his skin has turned back to pink. And itching is slowly going away.

This product is approved for use on adult dogs only. We do not recommend using this product to treat cats. Thank you for the question.

It helps relieve pain from irritation and infection, like a rash. I’m not sure about a wound, but it does help them heal pretty fast.
