My cats love these! They are highly offended if they don't get them every day.

My cats are super picky and somehow they love these. I bought them mainly for the dental benefits, but now they come running as soon as they hear the bag. The salmon flavor is clearly a hit, even with my pickiest cat. I like that they help with dental health while still being something my cats actually want to eat. No issues with upset stomachs, and it feels good giving them a treat that’s doing more than just tasting good. Definitely repurchasing and recommending for picky cats!

I purchased the Purina DentaLife Cat Dental Treats after my ten year old cat Walter's last veterinary appointment where he received a pretty low grade regarding his dental health. Too have his teeth professionally cleaned was over $1000 and they would need to put him under and I avoid that at all costs. Another option was to put him back on dry food but he is prone to urinary tract infections so I was sort of stuck between a rock and a hard place. I decided to give these a try based on the reviews. He has been eating them daily for over a month now and there is a noticeable improvement. It took some time before he would even let me get near his mouth but I went slow putting my hands near his mouth a little more every day until be finally let me open his mouth enough to check. There is a lot less plaque built up on his teeth and his gums look a lot healthier too. His breath is a little bit better as well, but I am hoping it continues to improve. Right now I put about 10-15 pellets in his bowl with this canned food, which is seafood based so I purchased the Salmon flavored, each time I feed him - which is twice a day. At some point I might cut back the frequency and amount, but for now I am going to continue as is for another 3-4 weeks. So yeah, this stuff really did the trick for Walter. Not sure it will work for your cat - it is dependent on if they will even eat them, but for my cat it worked out well. Based on the results I can recommend the Purina DentaLife Cat Dental Treats without hesitation.

This product has been a real help in keeping my 16+ year old cat's teeth healthy. No more tartar build-up! No retail stores near me carry it, so glad Amazon does - and in the large sized package. Also, comes in great flavors - my car's favorite treat!!

If you want 10 small bags, order size "1.8 Ounce (pack of 10)". If you want a single large bag, order size "1.9 Ounce (pack of 10)". This one is mislabeled; it is actually a single 19oz bag. Hopefully they will fix it. (The product name at the top actually correctly says "19 oz. bag" when you choose "1.9 Ounce (pack of 10)"; it's just the size selector that is mislabeled.) Good dental treats. My cat doesn't like them quite as much as the Greenies dental treats, but those ones are too small; he just swallows them whole. The Purina ones are big enough that he will crunch on them, at least some of the time. He sometimes manages to swallow them whole too, so even bigger would be better. Maybe I should get him dog biscuits.

I've been buying this for years. If left to his own devices, my cat would eat the whole bag in one sitting. Plus, it keeps his breath smelling great.

My cat absolutely loves these dental treats. They help to keep his teeth clean and eliminate smelly breath. There are so many treats for the price and it’s amazing!

My vet said that my cat's teeth look great after eating these for a few months. (Last year he had to have his teeth cleaned) All my cats love these, they definitely have a great crunch. My old cat runs for these treats. =) Initially expensive, but they only get like 5 a day, so the bag lasts for a while. Much cheaper than a teeth cleaning.
