The quality of this box is fairly good for the price and produces tight and punchy bass paired with my 15” Boston Acoustics G215-44. The box was shipped in a thin cardboard box with no additional padding or protection. Mine was not damaged in any way but I wish they would at least put some hard foam padding on the corners to prevent damage from accidental falls or dings during shipping. Using a pair of calipers, the baffle measured 1” as claimed and the side walls measure about 13/20” (0.65”). This is probably sufficient for most 15” subwoofers as long as it isn’t a triple magnet, 10000 watt monster sub. I measured and posted a picture with the dimensions so you can make sure it fits before you buy. Internal volume measures roughly 3532 cu in or 2.04 cu ft. (as claimed). As far as installation, my sub dropped right in with no sanding or modification. This one has spring loaded terminals which I am not a fan of but It can easily be replaced with any number of binding post terminals here on amazon or parts express. I lined the box with roughly 10 sq ft of 2” thick fiber glass insulation to help dampen standing waves. Also, the ugly “BBOX” emblem on the lower corner can be pried off with a flathead screwdriver it it bothers you. And as a general tip when installing, predrill the holes for the sub so that you don’t split the wood when fastening the screws.

The box is a bit overpriced for what it is. Not very rigid at all, very cheap terminal connector and mine came with damage from being tossed around in shipping. My advice would be skip this and build your own. You will end up with a much better product. I figured for 150 dollars it would be decent i was wrong. Keep shopping

So far I’m not happy. The box came quickly (2 days) which was nice but I immediately noticed the interior bottom panel was damaged. They used a beat up chopped up piece of left over wood to use as a panel. It also had cuts in the wood (refer to pics) so I didn’t trust the integrity of the box. I started an exchange and once finalized I was advised the new box was coming in almost 2 weeks! Had I known that I would have just returned the box and bought from another vendor. They use the cheap speaker terminals which was a disappointment. The subwoofer mounting board was an impressive 1” thick. The box was on the lighter side but seemed to be built well other than what noticed inside. My subwoofer is only 500 watts rms so I’m sure this box will be fine but if your 15” subwoofer is 1000 watts or more I would suggest a more heavy duty box. I will update my review once the new box gets here. I’m not happy about waiting 2 weeks for it when it’s a prime item.

Everyone knows prefabs are the bottom of the barrel for subwoofer enclosures but the Atrend Bbox line has never disappointed me for something cheap and quick. Only thing lacking is the packaging, just one thin layer of cardboard protecting this huge bulky pain in the butt for your delivery driver. Might be a good idea to order one extra to return later because you're unlikely to get an undamaged box every time. I got 2, one came just fine, one had smashed corners and a hole punched clean through the side of the box. Ordered an extra box that was marked undeliverable and priced was raised $10 before I could order the new one

Box works. It will fit the majority of 15" subwoofers but I had to open up the hole a bit to fit this old B2 sub I have (oversized basket). I really don't know if it's 2cu (too lazy to do the math) but its def a bit too small for this sub. I will be adding some polyfill in it to mess with some of the waves since I'm not quite happy with the sound but this is just a temp box until I can get a ported one built. Overall, this will satisfy the majority of users but bassheads like me, its good enough.
