I was actually upset when I finished the book because I want more of Charlie. I would give it more stars if I was able.

I stumbled across this book by accident and couldn't be more pleased with the result. The world building and mythos is beautifully done. The characters are well fleshed out with strong arcs, and plot is expertly paced. If you don't enjoy this book just stop reading.

This is a great first novel...right up my alley -- sci-fi with suspense. I had trouble putting the book down. The first chapter is that rare wow of an opening that grabs your collar with two hands and pulls you in. Really unique story line. --without any spoilers...I would've wanted a specific issue resolved more in the end...but I could feel the writer thinking "sequel," "movie(s)" or both. Would love to see this one on the big screen.

This novel represents what I love most about writers, the ability to constantly come up with scenarios, stories we personally would never imagine...very well written and extremely enjoyable

I didn't finish yet, but so far, it's a fun read!
