Unclear/my mistake for not checking the 2nd photo, this is 2 males, which doesn’t work for the task at hand. Make sure it’s what you need. Luckily allowed return. Otherwise a good looking part!

Reviewed before purchasing and question previously asked can thread be removed from shower out let ? Answer yes but incorrect size of connection to shower outlet internal is smaller than 1/2” B.S.P this is not stated.
