I stumbled on this unchained product about 2 1/2 years ago when I was in desperate need of something different than what I had been buying for 10+ years from the pet store for way too much money and very little success. As far as I was aware, it wasn’t really anything else. Great on the market that both killed enzymes which is supposed to take away order or that could also take away the stain like that dark deep brown stain from duking up bio or the yellow color that never seems to leave carpeting when a dog or cat pees on it. I found this, and I have never turned back, and I have sent it to so many people that it has sold out several times just with my friends and family purchasing. I know by the gallon size because I have discovered that this is incredible to put in a shampooer and use in your entire home. It smells wonderful there’s no chemical smell and it gets rid of stains that are not just animal stains. If you have a dog cat or other animal, especially in the house or anybody that drags in Greece like automotive type of grease into the house on carpeting or clothing this is a product that I’ve had success with every single time!!! I’m never going back to anything else.

This is a very good cleaner for dog messes. Removes stains as well as odors. Easy to use and when mixed correctly, one bottle makes about 40. I spray on stain. Let it sit a few minutes and then blot to dry or remove with carpet cleaner machine. Doesn't smell bad. Has a clean scent and clear color. Great quality and excellent value.

I have tried other pet odor eliminators, and after their use, i could still smell the cat urine smell (which i think is one of the worst smells) after several applications and using a rug doctor. After ONE application of UNCHAINED, there was just a small detectible remaining smell......and after the second application and rinse, I could not detect an remaining smell. as the other review states this can burn your hands, so i recommend wearing gloves. I very rarely write reviews of products, but we have "put up with" this cat urine odor for years thinking there was no real solution other than hiring a a professional carpet cleaner to resolve it. Admittedly this is not the cheapest, but in this case i really got what i paid for. Hope this honest review of my personal experience helps other with there purchasing decision.

Great shampoo for carpets makes them soft removal of stains and pet urine smells good size of bottle is a gallon great $ value easy to use .Plus ur carpet looks bright and clean smells clean too. I’m buying again excellent shampoo. 5 *****

Don't let the price and the warnings scare you away from this product! The bottle you get is pretty big, about a gallon, but you only use a little mixed with a LOT of water, so it really lasts a long time! We have 5 cats, and they sometimes have accidents, but then my husband started experimenting with using it, very diluted, on all the biological messes cats make, kids make, dogs make, grown-ups make... Well, you get the picture! If you have ever had to deal with aged or sick, bedridden people, you know how hard it is to get certain body smells out of the environment, but this product does it without any weird flowery cover-up smells. Just dilute it plenty then be amazed at what you can do with it. I bet it would even take the hospital smell out of hospitals! Give it a try if you are tired of spending a ton of money on products that don't work, and definitely try if you have pets, invalids, kids, or elderly loved ones to care for!

Great product but buy directly from the source, Scamazon somehow misplaced the order entirely, stating it arrived late it never came period. I was refunded weeks later.

This product delivers exactly what it claims. After going through the 2 year puppy stage with Golden Tornado (Retriever), had area of carpet that I truly believed I'd have to remove. Took a chance and it 100% success. Used it as pre-spray at 1/2 cup:Gallon. Sprayed whole room, saturated spots and proceeded a light agitation with a handled scrub brush throughout. Let sit for about 30 min. Used a rented carpet cleaner with just straight water to rinse and extract. Carpet looks like it did the day I moved in and not a whiff of urine. Product is excellent and worth every penny.
