I bought this for my skin and hair. I do notice my skin feels softer after applying this and I am hoping it will help my hair grow out as well. One thing I do not like about this is the smell. It is really strong, my husband said he was gonna throw it away because he didn't want me smelling like that everyday when he comes home from work. It is a coconut smell, just super strong. I'm just hoping after some time I do notice a big difference in my hair and skin, if so, I will re-purchase.

This is truly a quality product. The packaging was secure, and I love that the container is glass. I also love the wooden spoon that was provided. One of the reasons for my purchase of this product was to try it on my face. I get many bouts of dermatitis-like rashes on my face and have problems using any moisturizer s or makeup. Use this on my face daily, my skin gets extremely dry.. so I apply twice during the winter, it feels good but not completely hydrating. It does feel oily but let it set and soak in before climbing into bed.

I have tried other coconut oils for skin care and this one is the best. I prefer that it comes in a glass jar with a long handled spoon - no plastic! It is very lubricating to skin and hair and I even use it for massage everywhere! It lasts a long time too.
