Ever since I started keto in 2013, I've been searching for a keto friendly bread. This stuff is so great, I don't need to search anymore. It makes wonderful dinner rolls and sandwich rolls.Unfortunately, the last time I ordered it, the package was torn, and the bread mix was all over my other items. Since it's not eligible for a return, I'm out of luck. Not a happy customer.

Like everything else from Wholesome Yum this flour is perfect! I made a lot of things out of it and it helped me sticking with keto diet. Totally recommend that brand.

Loved the ease to make texture of the bread. The price is too high to buy very often though so that makes me sad.

Yes I said $17 cuz it’s $15 before 11% sales tax & round up to pay for my prime.ONE LOAF is what this package makes. A loaf that you have to cream butter, and bust out the mixers, and pay for butter, cream, eggs, to then have to bake it for an hour, then wait for it to cool to slice it like bread. Add on the cost of those 2 hours of labor you invested. Yeah, WAAY too pricey.I knew inflation was high but this is beyond ridiculous. I can’t believe I spent $17 on a few cups of flour to make one loaf of bread! 🤦🏻‍♀️

This was easy to make, lasts for a week, toasts nicely.I like the texture.Ordered more and put it on my subscribe and save list. Yum.
