Okay, I think im a pretty good chef. I’ve made pasta with my bare hands, my great grandma’s rolling pin, and the tears of people who tried to use jarred sauce in my kitchen. So when I saw this einkorn spaghetti and said I Finally found a low gluten chemical free ancient grain magic pasta that doesnt bloat me! I cooked it al dente, like any self-respecting Nonna would demand from the afterlife. The texture is perfect. The flavor, It has a nutty, ancient grain charm, like a pasta made by the pope on a castle top who chant in Castilian and only cook in the garden of eden. It’s got high protein, lower carbs, and it’s organic, which means I can eat an extra plate and tell myself I’m basically doing yoga. Plus, it’s Non-GMO, USDA certified, and made in Italy. Not “Italy, New Jersey.” The real Italy. Ive served it with a homemade cream sauce that was so good I cried into the parmigiano. My cousin Mario tried it and said, “This can’t be healthy, it tastes too good.” I slapped him gently back to reality and showed him the label. I have seriously cut back on my consumption of carbs, in all forms. When I do treat myself to them, I am trying to make sure they are not refined or touched by GMO or any creepy stuff I don’t want to eat. Einkorn is perfect. Yes, it has lots of carbs, but you are truly satisfied with far less, since the pasta has so much protein, and UN-tampered with wheat. I am so happy to have discovered this, as I was making my own, with the einkorn flour. This is much easier and I love the ingredient list; whole einkorn flour, water. Beautiful!

With Jovial we know we are eating high quality, non GMO, Organic food and so far the Jovial products we have bought are also Glyphosate free. We are hooked on Einkorn flour as it’s around 12,000 years old and one of a very few wheats that mankind hasn’t messed with through hybridization. It’s ultra low gluten, has a smooth nutty taste and is very filling without the tradition wheat “bloating” and “Food Coma” This einkorn whole wheat spaghetti was delicious! We made a cold spaghetti salad for our weeks lunches with 2 boxes of it and Olives, Spring Onions, Seedless Cucumber, Celery, Shredded Goats Milk Cheese and a Balsamic Vinaigrette sauce. We are slowly changing out all our Wheat Product needs to Jovial Einkorn, it’s that good.

I began using jovial einkorn pasta because it is digested slowly and doesn't cause the sugar spike regular pasta does. It's great quality and I love the taste so it's a win win.

The Eikorn pasta is healthy and delicious. It is my new go to for spaghetti and pasta dishes.

My husband and I don’t eat a lot of carbs. So I purchased this to try for days that we wanted something different. It has a nice nutty flavor, but does break up easily (which didn’t bother us at all). But we both still experienced bloating with this pasta. I also purchased the flour, which did not have the same bloating effect.

Love this pasta. No bloat after eating like I feel with other pastas. Food the way it was meant to be!
