Can't complain
This is most sharpest knife. Could cut through tough green Mango seeds. Need to be careful while using.

This is a quality Santoku knife and everyday workhorse for me. The only things I don't use it for is to slice tomatoes and bread, I use a serrated bread knife instead. Otherwise, this is my all-in-one knife. It handles meat (boneless), squashes, and tough veggies well (carrots, beets). I have a larger chef's knife, but I almost never need to use it because this is so versatile and reliable. The knife is very sturdy and has stayed sharp, no issues with it after using it for more than a year and a half with frequent use. I like that there is enough space between the bottom of the knife and the grip section for your fingers, which I need for my grip. The quality of the knife is unmatched for this price! Highly recommend! The only issue may be whether the handle width is comfortable for you, which varies based on personal preference. I can see some people may think it's a bit thin, but unless you're doing a lot of chopping at once, this likely isn't too big of a concern.

Ich habe schon viele Küchenmesser ausprobiert, aber das Victorinox Swiss Classic Santokumesser spielt in einer ganz eigenen Liga. Schärfe & Schneidleistung: Dieses Messer ist rasiermesserscharf – und das dauerhaft! Gemüse, Fleisch, Brot – alles geht wie durch Butter. Sogar härtere Materialien wie Plastik (!) schneidet es mühelos, was mich absolut beeindruckt hat. Handhabung: Das Messer liegt perfekt in der Hand, ist hervorragend ausbalanciert und macht das Arbeiten in der Küche zum Vergnügen. Keine Ermüdung, kein Nachschärfen nötig – bisher hält die Klinge, was sie verspricht. Fazit: Für mich das beste Messer aller Zeiten. Wer Wert auf Präzision, Schärfe und Qualität legt, wird hier glücklich. Absolute Kaufempfehlung!
