Does it loosen when you sweat?

If it’s an intense workout yes but regular sweat from heat or something mine never loosened. But when I did my mom’s hair she went to like a kickboxing intensive thing and it did.

How to remove without pulling out my edges?

I use this tape for my closure wigs. I apply it over my wig cap with only a little bit of adhesive attached to my forehead. When it's time to take it off, I use a cotton ball wet with alcohol and just gently pat on the adhesive until it no longer sticks. Take your time.

Will this tape work if you sweat a lot?
