Does what it is supposed to do. I can now watch Apple TV through an old tv using a converter.

Pretty decent scart lead.
Bought this to replace the (very old) scart lead for my VHS player. Initially wasn't sure about this one because it wasn't gold plated contacts. But it's been absolutely great. Just as good.Positives worth mentioning,🟢 Price - Really great value, can't complain about the price whatsoever. You can pay more for something that isn't necessarily going to give you better performance (good plated contacts). This does the job.🟢 Quality - Feels like a well made lead. Very similar to the one I had previously. Although, the one it replaced had gold plated contacts which was more costly on purchase.But! Even without gold playing this lead gives great picture quality, considering the limitations of VHS in terms of image clarity. I have no complaints.The lead is well made and is a good fit for the scart socket. Very snug, as it should be. No hassle replacement for your (presumably) very old scart.Negatives,🔴 Length - This is a minor criticism to be honest. At 1.5 metres in length this may be too short in some setups. If the TV is wall mounted for example. (A 65in TV is recommended to be mounted 65 inches from the floor, which is 5ft 5in or 165.1cm)Measure things up before buying just in case. If my TV had been mounted any higher I'd have needed a longer cable.

Double ended Scart cable
Nicely unopened package. Thick but supple cable. Just make sure when applying you have the correct end in the DVD player because the signal runs one way, to prevent only sound, & no picture1

Works exactly as advertised, would recommend.
If you're looking to output from your computer/laptop via HDMI into a TV set via SCART, then this works, there's not much more to say. I actually hooked it up to a Google ChromeCast so now I can cast from my phone, direct to the retro Sony CRT I have. If it's not clear from the description, this does not come with either a HDMI or a SCART cable, just the adaptor itself and a short USB power cable.
