Q: Anyone else having a hard time getting the pump to work? I've turned and twisted it every which way and it won't pop up!

Same thing happened to me. I had to pull out the pump and basically use a washcloth and hold the cap with it and turn the spout really hard and it popped out.

Q: What are all the complete ingredients conditioner & shampoo

I can not write all that is in it, but it is organic. It has tea tree, peppermint oil, cedarwood oil, clary sage oil, among other ingrediants. It does have a smell that I love of some of the ingrediants. You smell it as you shampoo but my hair does not smell like it after I rinse.

Q: Is it suppose to smell like Pine-Sol.

I guess it does smell like that a little, but I think it's because of the tea tree oil, which is usually used to help scalp and dandruff issues.
