My boyfriend has a sprained back and was in a lot of pain. I looked for a brace that would be supportive and also breathable since he has others that he won't wear because he gets too hot. He actually wore this one. He said it was comfortable and that he could feel the heat generated by the copper but it was good for his back. I think it definitely helped with his recovery. Glad I got it. It came quickly and for the price worked well.

Excellent for lower back relief. I have tried several and this thermal copper relieves the pain almost as soon as you put it on and lasts all day delivering with a bread truck. You know when you take it off because it works so well. And it’s not expensive like everything else these days.

Easy to use, helps with sore back

This is the 2nd thermal belt I have bought through Amazon. The first one worked great. It heated up fairly quickly and stayed warm for hours. (It was a different brand) This one does not heat up at all. I have tried wearing it twice for several hours each time and it doesn't even begin to get warm. I am returning this one and will not be ordering another one from this seller. I don't want to have another disappointing experience.
