How is it for sizing? Is it small made or true to size?

I bought it for my 5 year niece and it fits perfectly she is an average size child if that’s any help

Does this include the wings attached to the dress and yhe sky mask ?

When I've looked in packaging it does include the following Not taken it out of packaging yet as its for my little ones birthday Hope this helps

Flimsy but did the job

My kids are obsessed with Paw Patrol so I bought two of these for Halloween. It did the job but it is very light and flimsy. We obviously layered up underneath to keep the cold out. I would have rated it higher if the wings stayed on better but I’ve found them all over the house because they keep coming off the costume.

Cute little dress and mask

Not an everyday dress but great for a party or as a costume. Got it for my daughter's Paw patrol-themed birthday and I'm sure it will do great. The mask is a bit huge for a 3-year old but could be used separately later.
