Are these the original quality that work with older Foodsaver machines (not the new thin bags only for new machines)?

I have no idea of the quality of the original bags. I can tell you that these bags are good quality. Have not had any issues with them.

how long are these rolls?

So one gets 48 feet roll for almost $21. Wow. Very expensive. More than twice as expensive as many other brands amazon carries which give you two 50ft rolls for around $15

Is it suitable to be used in cooking way of sous vide?

are these bags reusable?

Actually, I frequently re-seal. An example...I will make a bag for a block of cheese that is about 1 1/2 to 2 times as big as I need. I open and re-seal the bag as the cheese is used. The key is to cut a straight line as close to the original seal as possible.
