I am very conflicted, this product is amazing! My rabbits love the hay. I am how much my rabbits this product. As I started using this product more and more dry and dry hay started to come through. I was sad because I know this brand is known for quality and freshness. As I got through the top layer of the hay, dry hay started to show up. I threw it away and ignored and more and more is showing up. Package from the bottom is not tapped properly that's not a big deal for me.
