For anyone else looking at these, here's a breakdown of all the versions from my review: PRODUCT ID: 2342 Mini version with 2MB flash, no jack, and 8 trigger pins (this Amazon listing) PRODUCT ID: 2341 Mini version with 16MB flash, no jack, and 8 trigger pins PRODUCT ID: 2133 Standard version with 2MB flash, jack, and 11 trigger pins PRODUCT ID: 2220 Standard version with 16MB flash, jack, and 11 trigger pins PRODUCT ID: 2210 Standard version with 2MB flash, 2x2W amp, and 11 trigger pins PRODUCT ID: 2217 Standard version with 16MB flash, 2x2W amp, and 11 trigger pins

Q: Can you record 3 different sounds and then select a sound to play by pushing a button or are you limited to just one sound?

You can’t record with this board. You can preload 8 different sounds and select which one to be played by grounding any of pins 0-7. You could do this with 8 buttons or use a micro controller to control which sound is played.

Q: could this board be used to provide a time delay between microphone and speaker to prevent feedback howl in a public address system?

You pre-record sounds or audio clips to the board. When the board receives a low signal (I use a micro controller with this board to trigger it) it will play the pre-recorded noise/sound/message on the pin you set up.

Q: Can I use it with mac OS?

Yes. I had no issues with the Mac OS
