Needed to tap into my reverse lights and these made it so easy! The connection is consistently strong with no interference or cut out.

i used these to splice an led light to an existing wire while it did make it much easier it can be a pain because these things are so small also after i finally got the wires lined up i did pinch them closed with pliers but they did work very nicely i would buy again if needed

These taps work great, but they're quite small and difficult to handle.I used them to tap the reverse light wire when installing a rear camera.The only negative thing about them is that they arrive in the closed position, and they are tricky to open. I spent more time opening them than I spent installing them. It would be helpful if the manufacturer would ship them in the open position.

So far these are holding up great in my car stereo. I was a bit skeptical but once clamped down, the wires feel snug and secure. The connections are all stable when I turn on the power and there have been no intermittent or sudden loss of power to anything I wired up using these. There were a couple 18 awg wires that were to thick for these connectors but after stripping them they worked just fine. For someone that doesn't want to deal with crimping or heat shrink, there's no better option!

I bought a backup camera for my F-150. The kit did not include connectors, so I bought these to connect with the reverse light wires. They are a bit tricky to use, but once installed, they have held their connection, so far.

They were easy to install for a lighting art project. However, after one day and the project being move from one location to another. It would cause my lighting sources to flicker or act like they are not getting any power. I ended up having to remove this product and create multiple splicing to power my lighting sources. Which is something I was trying to avoid when purchasing this product. That is, unfortunately, not the case.I would not purchase again.
