I've loved reading this book, it is so uplifting to read and the case studies are fascinating. I also purchased the other book. Myself and my partner are taking Salvestrols now and we have both noticed definite improvements in our overall health. They have even changed our food and drink cravings, we are naturally wanting to eat lots of organic fruit and salads and both of us have lost our interest in drinking alcohol... which is interesting.
