I can't believe I'm writing a review for a cat litter scooper, but here goes. This is actually one of the best designed products in our house. It is sturdy, has a great sifter that collects all the little bits, has a comfortable handle, and after almost five years is still holding up to daily use. The previous plastic scoop snapped after a year or so, prompting our decision to seek out this one.

First time I used this scoop I was amazed how fast the litter flowed through it, leaving only the litter clump inside. Unlike my other scoops with flat fingers/tines, on this one they are triangular shaped, narrow at the top, slightly larger at the base. Flat fingers/tines actually restrict how fast the litter sifts through them. Very well made scoop, sturdy, comfortable in your hand. Easy to clean, aluminum, rust proof. With 5 litter boxes throughout my house, looking at replacing the other two flat finger scoops.

I can't say enough good things about this scoop. This definitely falls into the category of a product I never knew I needed, until I had purchased it. In the past, every cat litter scoop I've used had been of the plastic variety, and had usually just been whatever accompanied the litter box I bought. These scoops were never terrible, but there was always something about them that seemed to make the process of cleaning the litter box longer than it needed to be. When I used this new scoop for the first time, I realized what I had been missing, and I would honestly never go back to any of the plastic scoops I've used before. These are the major advantages I noticed about this particular scoop: 1. A wide, deep shovel portion with a very narrow lip: this lets you scoop up a lot, even what's well below the litter's surface, quickly and efficiently. The width of the scoop is also a plus as it means fewer passes through the litter are necessary to get it clean. 2. Sufficiently narrow slats: with some of the plastic scoops I've used, the slats of the scoop were set too far apart, meaning small pieces would fall through and back in the litter box along with the litter. This scoop's slats are spaced close enough together that you really only seem to be separating the litter, so you're not trying to pick up the same stuff multiple times. 3. A sturdy, inflexible handle: This scoop can hold the weight of what you pick up, including very large, dense clumps created if you have more than one cat using the box. The handle does not bend, and you can still securely shake the scoop enough to separate the litter without having to worry about it buckling. Overall, this feels and works like a quality product, and I highly recommend it to anyone who might find themselves spending a little too long cleaning their litter boxes because of an inferior scoop. I would like to add that the wall mount included with this product seems to be of good quality as well, but I did not use it. It is backed with a peel-off adhesive, and seems very easy to set up should you also be looking to utilize the wall mount.

Finding the words to express, just how happy my wife and I are with this product is difficult. I'm not sure I can do so without it sounding like pure hyperbole. This scoop is awesome, great, unrivaled, the be all end all of litter scoops. This is the scoop I have been looking for since I first discovered the horrors associated with indoor feline companions. What used to be a 30-40 minute journey of knee and back pain multiple times a week has become a ten minute routine of ease. No longer does my wrist tire of constant shaking to sift litter away from my cats' excrement. No longer must I fear scraping urine soaked litter from the sides of the box lest my scoop become clogged. No more must I constantly shift from kneeling to standing to relieve my aching knee joints or sore back. The only thing I can't say is that this scoop has somehow made cleaning up after my cats fun. It still sucks, but oh so much less than it has for the last many moons. The solid construction means that I won't worry about the scoop bending or breaking as I pick up my cats heavy clumps of urine. Loose litter slides across the coated surface like a figure skater on fresh ice. I don't have to shake the litter free. The gaps are perfectly spaced for holding even the finest of clumps together while allowing all that is loose to freely fall back into the litter box. The perfect shape and angle of the front blade and high sides make even the largest of deposits easily manageable. Thank you to the designers of this scoop. After the first use I knew it was the one for us.

Purchased 3 yrs ago. Black finish. Sturdy. Heavy-ish. Black finish/coating coming off from use & cleaning. Litter does stick to scoop. Have to clean each use. Best quality scoop I’ve ever had. Wish it was better in corners. Still have to use multiple scoopers.

Love this scooper. Been using this for years. My cats will dig all the way to the bottom, pee and form a giant mountain on top (they’re jerks). Like all non stick coating it doesn’t last forever. Repeatedly having to scrape the bottom of the litter box takes off the coating on the bottom but the scooper will still function the same. One cat will literally break his pee clump into 100 pieces (pea size and smaller). It will get most of it out. It’s so sturdy that I can’t imagine breaking one. For my scooping needs, it would be perfect if there was a longer handle. This will be the last scooper you’ll ever need.

Au départ je trouvais ca très gros.... Et puis à travailler avec on s'apercoit que c'est le top de la pelle à litière à chat. Rien de colle après la pelle c'est une merveille. J'aurais dü avoir ca dès le début. Et comme elle est très robuste, je pense que je n'aurais plus besoin d'en racheter une autre. La qualité est vraiment époustouflante. Vous ne serez pas décû.

Dank des langen Griffes muss nicht ständig "die ganze Hand ins Katzenklo". Außerdem ist die Schaufel sehr stabil, sodass man gut graben und alles herausheben kann.

Good quality. Sturdy, easy to clean and shifts smaller debris better than other scoops.

Tried to use it with clumping litter but hard to clean. Outer rim is slightly wider than inner spokes so litters stuck .. went back to my plastic scoop which is moulded as a single piece.
