Can these be used for making solar water?

Any blue glass can be used to make solar water. Mine sit in the window and I make solar water with them daily.

What is the mouth size on this bottle?

It's the size of a regular bottled soda

Is this actual grey glass or is it painted/coated grey finish?

The one I ordered was red- and it was clear glass. I loved it and gif the price was/is really beautiful. Sorry don’t know about the grey.

Can they go in the dishwasher?

I think they can go in the dishwasher. Although, I haven't done this yet.
