I've only been taking this lozenge for about 3 weeks but have noticed an improvement with my feet neuropathy (tingling in my feet). I was taking a 50 mcg b12 and it had no effect. This lozenge dissolves in about a minute and has a very mild taste that I find refreshing. I let it dissolve in my mouth and don't drink anything for at least 15 minutes. At a 1000 mcg I am noticing a difference and I do believe that a very small amount of b12 is actually absorbed by the body. If my neuropathy continues to improve I will update this review at a later date, probably in May. **** Update March 25 **** It's been about 7 weeks now since I started taking one of these lozenges each day and my tingling pain continues to subside. I have decent feeling back in my feet now which I never expected to have. There is something with the b12 vitamin that is healing my nerve paths. I don't know if most people will experience the same result, but if your feet are tingling, and have almost no feeling in them other than that, and mine acutally felt a little crunchy when under the sheets, then I would recommend you try this vitamin. I went with the 1000 mcg because the body doesn't absorb very much of it. When I was taking the 50 mcg, the recommended daily dose, I had no improvement.

This supplement has an excellent ratio of methylcobamin and adenosylcobalamin, the most absorbable forms of B12. Too much adenosylcobalamin can cause an edgey feeling. This has a good balance. It dissolves at a moderate speed, the label says "slow." Natural orange flavor, and no artificial colors flavors or preservatives. This dose is good for a mild B12 deficiency. Very high quality.

Great B12 vitamin, especially for those with methylation issues. Flavor isn’t overpowering and is actually not bad at all. The best part is that they’re so potent, I cut them into quarters. So while they may appear to be more expensive compared to other brands, they’re quite reasonable when you consider the dosage.

Ah, Seeking Health.... I go to all the local shops and your not there yet..... I see these other brands that want to pretend they are healthy using names like Natures to fool us. Is it a plot to take over the world one store at a time? So why, with a name with NATURE do they prefer to use Vegetable Stearic Acid and Magnesium Stearate. This is the B12 I generally now use since it doesnt contain the mag stearate/Stearic Acid, and has two forms Adenosylcobalamin (which is a form in foods) and Methylcobalamin. You’ll find MetCbl mainly in your blood plasma, cytosol cells, and certain body fluids (like cerebral spinal fluid), and AdeCbl in cellular tissues where it is stored in the mitochondria. I use.it with Seeking Health B Minus to get the other B's and add this as needed when I need more B12 since you dont always need B12 since the body will store several years worth. I did find my B12 blood levels rose when I took these, and they do dissolve under the tongue fine, although slightly slower then a few other brands but knowing the better ingredients I'll stick to these. Perhaps a larger amount of tablets per bottle could be offered to save some plastic for those that use it ongoing, and of course getting yourself on subscribe and save as much as possible, I love to subscribe and just know it will be there. Has my review been of help to you? If so, would you consider hitting the "helpful" button below? I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

These worked way better than another top brand I tried! I have a gene mutation that severely, affects my b12. I also suffer from clinical Adrenal Fatigue & Hypothyroid. Exhausted is my first name! I take 4 a day. 2 in the morning & 2 more at my usual afternoon slump. Energy is not like a redbull blast. It’s just there. And long lasting! I’m playing around with cycling these, so I may go like this every other day. Not sure. It’s all trial & error. I also have another gene mutation that drains my B vitamins. It’s like a constant running toilet, so that’s the other reason for my high dose. (I also take beef organs in capsule since all the Bs need each other to work & balance things out... unfortunately, I def need the broken down b12 to feel normal.... I also have the MTHFR gene mutation & must take MethylFolate or else my bp stays elevated all day). I did the 23andme gene mutation test & then had my results interpreted by a Nutritionist that specialises in Epigenetics. So expensive, but so many answers to all my health drama! B12 benefits your mood, energy level, memory, heart, skin, hair, digestion and more. Vitamin B12 is also an essential vitamin for addressing adrenal fatigue, multiple metabolic functions — including enzyme production, DNA synthesis and hormonal balance — and maintaining healthy nervous and cardiovascular systems!
