Thank you for your question. MOLLE clips are not a Kurgo product. These are found separately and can be found depending on what kind of clips you're looking for (service animal, ESA, "Do not pet", &c.).

Q: What is the simplest way to attach my dog's tags to this collar? There isn't a metal ring like you find on most dog collars.

There is a metal piece which also acts as a bottle opener which has an open center to allow for attachment of tags. You will need a jump ring to attach the tags to the bottle opener though.
