My father was really looking forward to using this device, but he was complaining that the volume is too high.Did what ever the user manual suggested but just couldn't get this thing to decrease the volume or put it on mute.When I contacted the number to enquire about purchasing the product the reply was most immediate, but once we purchased the product getting in touch with these guys was the most difficult thing.Anyway this was supposed to be a straightforward thing, but still could not get it working.And it's a shame these guys charge so much and don't even bother to support the customer once they buy it.I patiently tried getting in touch with them, so did my father, so returning before return period ends.
