Do these really resist getting disgusting and mildewy, unlike other sponges?

Best thing ever, won't use anything else. Stay clean, as long as they are rinsed, never mildew, they dry quickly and are totally different than a "sponge" sponge...lol

Go to the Scrub Daddy store here in amazon and pick it up there. For some reason amazon brings up this listing which scams you $5 extra. I’m so mad I purchased this.

what is the diffrence between scrub mommy & scrub daddy?

Mommy has a scrub side (the hard part to scrub) and a soft side as a regular sponge... Daddy is hard all around to scrub.
