After struggling with two plastic ice cube trays that did nothing but create uneven, crumbly ice cubes that were impossible to pop out of the tray without cracking it, a friend said, "buy silicon trays!" and I purchased these. And I cannot tell you how happy I am that I did. These trays make perfect, square, clear cubes that don't break apart and don't stay stuck. I wish I had gotten these years ago.

Gone are the days of hard plastic ice cube molds that eventually crack and create sharp plastic fragments. These trays make cubes that are the perfect size for our reusable water bottles, and they are much safer.

These are great. Perfect 1 ounce cubes. I freeze Pom pomegranate juice.

My taste but may not be all that sensitive to detect the true level of oakiness in a good bourbon, but I am sensitive enough to know when the chlorination of my local water and other addons leave an odd aftertaste in my bourbon on the rocks. I also see the aftermath in the bottom of the glass. To that end, I use these trays with distilled water for perfectly cubed 1" ice cubes. They leave no contamination and no aftertaste in my drink. My favorite single malt scotch was also the recipient of these cubes, to my delight in the difference. If you enjoy having your own decent spirits for your enjoyment, these trays will be an excellent addon to your bar equipment. They are dishwasher safe, but I have found that they are much better washed in a mild sudsy water with a toothbrush and then rinsed first under the tap, and then with distilled water. The perfect sized cube can be slightly difficult to remove. They don't stick at all, but you will need to press them out by hand from the bottom. I freeze them in my upright freezer than maintains them at -20° and will chill my drink quickly. They are almost photo worthy in a nice crystal rocks glass, my favorite. Sometimes good things are worth a little extra work.

I used it to store chicken broth. It’s very easy to pop the ice out and no spill when put liquid in it during transfer to the fridge. Recommend!

These ice trays were perfect. The cubes turned out to be just what I was hoping for and they give my drinks a very updated look!

If you want ice 'cubes' this is the mold for you. A bit difficult to remove the cubes, but the end result is worth the extra effort.

Can’t remember if it was this brand or another where people commented on a chemical smell, but these don’t have that. Ice cubes taste only like water used.
