My Dog's Health Record Book: A Practical Guide to Log Your Dog's Personal and Health History, With Tips For New Puppy Owners! Paperback – June 2, 2020

I have a pet passport with general information that I bring to the vet, but I also wanted one where I could write/keep the things I wanted. I bought a few of these record books and this one was the best of them all for my needs.I like the practical size of the book, and there were sufficient pages for my needs with not too much of unnecessary information. There's a section for almost anything you could possibly encounter with a puppy, and I really like the organization of it. Not too crowded nor too spaced out.The tips and resources were a very nice addition that I was not looking for. The things the author chose to put are helpful and informative for both new and experienced puppy owners. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is a very helpful book! I wish we had it when we got our first dog. It isn’t just for puppies, although it has lots of good, simple tips for new puppy care and training. It will be a record of your dog’s health all his life. It’s also a great help if you need to board your dog or if you move and have to get a new vet. The charts are practical; they will keep you organized during the early months of puppy ownership. Plus, it’s well-written, and you can feel the love the author has for dogs, and the understanding she has for what a dog owner encounters during the pet’s lifetime. If you have a dog, or know someone who is getting one, you will appreciate this book!

What an amazing way to organize everything for your new puppy. Buy it before you get your puppy because there are so many hints and tips on training, checklist in case of emergency, and helpful websites. Even phone numbers in case of poisoning. It’s a one stop shop for everything puppy/dog. I plan on gifting this to all my friends who add a new fur baby to their family. Beautifully organized and easy to read. Thanks for all the extras that were included with the pet record book. I wasn’t expecting all the extra information. It was like two books in one. Very helpful!Watch where you put it though! I’m so happy to have found such a detailed (and super cute) pet record book for my fur baby! There are oodles of practical health charts to keep me organized, and great new puppy tips to start off on the right paw! Highly recommend.

This book has everything a new puppy owner (or someone contemplating acquisition) needs for now and later. It has plenty of room to keep track of vet visits, shots, meds, pet/owner details, instructions for care givers, as well as tips for keeping your dog happy and healthy throughout its life. There is ample advice and resources for socialization, training, traveling and health concerns. A nice gift for someone with a new canine family member.

Have everything I need into it, many pages fro vaccination records / vet visits.Also have pages for ticks and fleas.

This is written extremely well. I love all the schedules and forms, with extras to make copies as needed.There are sweet little quotes popped in there and an entire section of tips and information that every pet owner should know. I love the information on and have started building a first aid kit just for my doggos.
