These are not usable with soft shoes and should not be advertised as adjustable. I initially ordered these for a pair of Louboutin loafers, and the non-adjustable spring stretches the leather in the heel leather past the end of the sole and creates a pinch-type issue.Having a spring does not make this product adjustable, and is misrepresented as such in the description.
