You really can pay everywhere
I don't have an iPhone, but I bought this just for the card, and it's working great on my Galaxy S6 edge. Samsung pay does not support my bank, but Looppay does, so I use it with my card no problem.

The company is not accepting new customers. I purchased this item, only to find out it is USELESS to me.

Phasing out
Only works with non-chipped credit cards. Slowly I am getting to use at less & less places. Uses bluetooth
