Q: Will the mount fit on a crash bar?

I mounted mine to the switch housing, but you can mount it to the handle and crash bars. I'm not sure if it comes with the bar mounting hardware, but you can order it. Go to the Kruzer Kaddy website. It may tell you.

Q: Will this fit 1.5" bars?

I think that it will. I have 1 1/4 inch bars. I have one on both of my bike's. I love it.

Q: Will this fit on a 2003 Honda Goldwing?

It will fit almost any bike. If you measure the bolts on your hand grips from the center of one to the other it will tell you if it fits. It also comes with both USA and Metric threaded bolts. Fit: Clutch or Brake Perch Mounting, bolts vertical spacing center to center at 1 1/16 inch to 1 1/2 inch apart to accept included Metric and American standard bolts

Congrats! I have a 2017 and it fits. Beware there are two different versions of this. I would recommend you call Kruzer directly to find out which part number you need. Good luck. This holder is great btw.
