The wheels are 2 inches in diameter and the wheel housing is another 1.5 inches high, so it's 3.5 inches from floor to bottom of lower shelf.

The frame is acrylic, and rhe shelves are glass

Q: Does anyone know the length and width of the top shelf, not including the handles?

All the shelves have the same dimensions: approximately 28” long x 18” deep/wide. Glass sits in a chrome metal ‘frame’. Hope this helps!
